
On Saturday, November 18, the ceremony will take place in which Sheynnis Palacios, the current Miss Universe 2023 from Nicaragua, will crown the winner of this year. The event will feature the participation of 30 contestants, from which a top 12 will be selected to parade in evening gowns, and subsequently, five finalists will be chosen to answer a question. Among the favorites to win are representatives from Venezuela, Colombia, and Chile. It is important to highlight that this contest will take place in Mexico, marking the first time in 17 years that the country hosts Miss Universe.
The final of the beauty contest will be broadcast in Mexico through Azteca Uno. Krystal Silva, Kike Mayagoitia, Vanessa Claudio, and Irma Miranda will be the hosts for the broadcast, which will begin at 6:30 PM from the Arena Ciudad de México. Tickets for the event were sold for up to 53 thousand pesos.
The global broadcast of Miss Universe 2024 will be hosted by official presenters Mario López and Olivia Culpo, who will announce the winner of the contest. Additionally, there will be musical performances by Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas, Richaelio, Nico Ruiz, Robin Thicke, and Vikina during the event. The final of Miss Universe can be watched live on open television.
